Kundalini Yoga is also known as the Yoga of Awareness. It’s a science that increases your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual awareness and also strengthens your nervous system helping you to better manage the ever increasing stressors of life.
Join Daniela Mattos in this introductory workshop where we will learn more about the Kundalini energy, Kundalini Yoga & Meditation and how Kundalini Yoga came to the West. Each class of Kundalini Yoga can use a mix of asanas, movements, breathing exercises, mantras, deep relaxation and meditation. No previous experience is needed.
About the Instructor
Daniela Mattos is a Kundalini Yoga instructor in NYC and Online. Before she became a Kundalini Yoga teacher, she studied Biotechnology at RIT (Rochester Institute of Technology) and worked for 12 years in Wall Street at Bloomberg LP and JPMorgan. Today, Daniela teaches Kundalini Yoga & Astrology to everyone who is seeking to have a more fulfilling life and learn more about themselves.
