Anya Guti is a passionate yogi and artist, dedicated to collective and personal evolution through spiritual awakening and yoga practice. After experiencing the healing and transformative power of yoga, she completed her teacher training in classical Hatha Yoga in 2011. Since then she has been actively teaching private and group yoga classes around the Miami area. Anya traveled extensively to India and Asia where she was fortunate to receive initiations and trainings in Himalayan Siddha Yoga, Kriya Yoga, and Bhakti Yoga. She is also a certified Yoga Nidra instructor from the Satyananda Sarasvati Bihar Yoga school and loves to share the deeper aspects of yoga such as yoga philosophy and conscious relaxation.

She’s been trained by many top teachers in London and Miami, holds a 200hrs RYT certification, and is under the pursuing of her 500hrs certification.
Yoga is the core of her physical practices and she loves it because it not only gives her a calmness of mind and a spiritual connection but also helps her tone her body and to maintain it healthy. Darren is a Yoga Instructor with 200 hours of Training in Ultra Skanda Yoga, 500 hours Training in Skanda Yoga, 200 hours Training in Functional Power Yoga, and 50 hours in Fluidus Method Yoga. Mayara is a yogini since 2002, she completed her 500h TTC in Brazil in DeRose Method. She left this method in 2008 and started your studies in Hatha Yoga by yourself. She deepened her studies of the traditional scriptures of Yoga: Upanishads, Tantras, Yoga Sutras, Vedas. She trained dozens of teachers in Brazil in the training of Hatha Yoga teachers structured by her from the Yogin school. In 2015, she moved to Miami and immersed herself in the study and experience of chakras. After theoretical research, she started to apply the techniques described by Gorakshnatha in herself and shares all these experiences in classes focused on energy balance and release of emotions.
