Gentle Yoga en
During a Gentle Yoga class, you allow yourself to feel your body move. The practice is a bridge between moving in the flow and staying still. It is a middle way, where there is equilibrium and bliss in each pose. There is no competition or comparison. There is no frustration of not doing a pose and no agitation of holding one.
We all work within that unity to strengthen groups of muscles together. Therefore, the energy of the class is generally happy and calm. Expect prop-supported postures and emphasis on stretching postures. This is the perfect class for beginners and pregnant women.
