Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic and fun class, that keeps you moving and breathing, with a variation of asanas to strengthen body and mind. In vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized to a breath.
The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next, while building physical strength, endurance, and flexibility. With a variety of postures, each class has its own flow, and two classes are never alike.
